Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags still attached
  • In the original packaging

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear bottoms or cut-out one pieces unless they arrive defective. All other items in our collection (bikini tops, cover-ups, sundresses, etc.) are eligible for return.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our California-based team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the unworn merchandise with all original tags and packaging.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at:

  5. Track Your Package: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping your new item once we receive your return.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Process

Want a different size or style? Follow the same return process above, but indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange. We’ll:

  1. Process your return once received
  2. Confirm availability of your requested exchange item
  3. Ship your new item via your preferred shipping method

For size exchanges on our D+ Cup bikinis or shaping swimwear, our customer care team can provide detailed sizing advice to ensure your exchange fits perfectly.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some Asian regions):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
